In about 60 minutes, I'll cover your goals and together we will strategize the best path to your new home. Covering the specifics of: financing, paperwork, current market conditions, and what might be “your” ideal property.

Next Steps
Your path now determined, we start to hone in on “your” ideal property that meets all of your needs through searching and touring home options. I'll negotiate your best price and terms and help merge your transaction with the right experts: inspectors and so forth. You’re never on your own, you’ve got me and other pros handling all of the details. We get this! You deserve a smooth and successful experience.
