Kevin Swift has been active in real estate since 1992, and served on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Area Association of REALTORS from 2012-2014, where in previous years he also served on the Public Relations, Educational, and Technology Committees. Kevin is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), earned an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI). In 2019, Kevin ranked among the best of the best as a TOP 10 Individual Franchise Agent in Kansas, and for the last eight years has been among the TOP Individual Franchise agents by consistently selling between 45-70 homes every year, when the national average is nearer 7. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame, Sunflower Area Association of REALTOR Master's Club, and received the Andy Anderson Award. Prior to real estate, Kevin was an award-winning professional photographer and studio owner. Today, he uses his ten years of photographic experience to shoot high-impact interior and exterior architectural photos of his listings for his home selling clients--photo services that would cost up to $500 on the open market. Buyers make crucial decisions about homes from the photos they see online... whether to tour, or ignore... and there are a lot of bad photos on the internet. Dave Ramsey from the Dave Ramsey Show recognized Kevin Swift for his excellence in service in 2009 on his national radio program. On July 29, Dave said in response to a Topeka homeowners positive comments about Kevin's recent real estate advice: "Well, thank you Jason, we try not to pick out Endorsed Local Providers unless they are just really, really cool good people."
